• Conduct routine inspections of heavy machinery to ensure optimal performance and safety standards are maintained.
• Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting on heavy mechanical equipment to minimize downtime.
• Follow all site-specific safety protocols and environmental regulations to ensure a secure working environment.
• Coordinate with site supervisors and team members to ensure the timely and accurate completion of earthmoving and material handling tasks.
• Maintain clear and accurate logs regarding equipment usage fuel consumption and operational hours.
• Execute complex maneuvers with heavy machinery in challenging terrain and site conditions with a high degree of precision.

• Diploma from a recognized technical institution.
• Minimum of 1 year and up to 8 years of professional experience operating dumpers and excavators.
• Proven technical proficiency in heavy mechanics and diagnostic troubleshooting.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and adherence to operational procedures.
• Ability to work effectively in a structured industrial or mining environment.
• Reliable and punctual with a proven track record of maintaining machinery to high standards.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
