Job Summary
- Drive sales of machinery loans for construction industrial agricultural and manufacturing equipment while achieving monthly and annual business targets.
- Develop and manage strong relationships with dealers OEMs distributors brokers and channel partners to generate consistent business opportunities.
- Lead train and monitor a team of sales officers/relationship executives to improve productivity and achieve sales goals.
- Coordinate with credit operations legal and valuation teams for smooth loan processing documentation sanction and disbursement.
- Ensure compliance with credit policies KYC norms and risk management practices while maintaining healthy portfolio quality.
- Build long-term customer relationships by providing end-to-end support and cross-selling financial products such as insurance and working capital loans.
