Job Title: Deputy Manager Finance & Accounts Location: Andheri East Mumbai Experience: Minimum 4 Years Gender: Female Preferred CTC: As per Company Standards Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Deputy Manager Finance & Accounts to manage financial reporting regional consolidation budgeting audits fixed asset accounting MIS reporting and ERP administration. The ideal candidate should have experience in financial consolidation across multiple entities strong accounting knowledge and expertise in financial reporting and compliance. Key Responsibilities Financial Reporting & Consolidation Manage month-end and year-end financial closing. Prepare monthly quarterly and annual financial statements. Handle financial consolidation for South Asia & Middle East entities. Perform intercompany reconciliations and consolidation entries. Upload and validate financial data in Cognos or similar consolidation tools. Ensure compliance with group reporting standards and timelines. Budgeting & Financial Planning Support annual budgeting forecasting and CAPEX planning. Coordinate with Sales and Business teams for budget preparation. Conduct variance analysis and prepare financial forecasts. Audit & Compliance Coordinate statutory internal and external audits. Prepare audit schedules and financial documentation. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls. Fixed Asset Management Manage asset capitalization transfers disposals and depreciation. Maintain fixed asset registers and monitor asset movements. MIS & ERP Management Prepare MIS reports and management dashboards. Manage customer and vendor master data in ERP. Support ERP enhancements and ensure data accuracy. Insurance & Other Responsibilities Coordinate insurance renewals claims and documentation. Support annual bonus calculations and special finance projects. Drive process improvements and strengthen financial governance. Preferred Industry Manufacturing Engineering Industrial Equipment FMCG Multinational Companies (MNCs) Requirements Financial Reporting & Consolidation Budgeting & Forecasting Fixed Asset Accounting Audit & Compliance MIS Reporting ERP Systems (SAP/Oracle/Similar) Cognos (Preferred) Advanced MS Excel Strong Analytical & Communication Skills Education / / MBA (Finance) CA Inter / CMA Inter will be an added advantage.
