Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business through customer acquisition and lead generation.
- Promote and sell life insurance products to individual customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term business growth.
- Understand customer financial needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
- Achieve monthly quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Conduct customer meetings presentations and product demonstrations.
- Follow up on leads received from various channels and convert them into sales.
- Ensure proper documentation and timely submission of insurance proposals.
- Coordinate with underwriting and operations teams for policy issuance.
- Provide after-sales service and resolve customer queries related to policies.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Stay updated on company products market trends and competitor offerings.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and company guidelines.
- Participate in branch sales activities campaigns and promotional events.
- Generate referrals and cross-sell insurance products to existing customers.
