Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate new business through customer acquisition and lead generation.
  • Promote and sell life insurance products to individual customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term business growth.
  • Understand customer financial needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
  • Achieve monthly quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Conduct customer meetings presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Follow up on leads received from various channels and convert them into sales.
  • Ensure proper documentation and timely submission of insurance proposals.
  • Coordinate with underwriting and operations teams for policy issuance.
  • Provide after-sales service and resolve customer queries related to policies.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
  • Stay updated on company products market trends and competitor offerings.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and company guidelines.
  • Participate in branch sales activities campaigns and promotional events.
  • Generate referrals and cross-sell insurance products to existing customers.
