Custom Software Engineer ServiceNow ITSM

As a Custom Software Engineer a typical day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing coding and improving various components within systems or applications. The role requires working with contemporary development frameworks and following agile methodologies to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient software that meets unique business requirements. Collaboration with different teams and continuous refinement of software elements are integral parts of the daily workflow contributing to the overall success of projects and organizational goals. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Lead the design development configuration and implementation of complex ServiceNow solutions primarily within the ITSM suite (Incident Problem Change Request Service Catalog CMDB Knowledge Management).- Develop and maintain custom applications modules workflows UI Policies Business Rules Client Scripts Script Includes and ACLs ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.- Design and implement robust integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using various technologies (REST/SOAP APIs MID Servers IntegrationHub).- Perform code reviews ensure quality assurance and provide technical guidance to development teams. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow.- 8 years of extensive hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer.- 6 years of in-depth experience with ServiceNow ITSM modules (Incident Problem Change Request Service Catalog CMDB Knowledge Management).- 3 years of practical experience implementing and configuring Generative AI features within ServiceNow with specific expertise in Now Assist capabilities. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow.- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.- A 15 years full time education is required.
