Hiring: User Experience Engineer Bengaluru
Location: Bengaluru
Experience: 6-8 years
Education: 15 Years Full-Time Education
Role: User Experience (UX) Engineer
We are looking for an experienced UX professional who can translate design concepts into rapid tangible prototypes while balancing user needs design intent and technical feasibility.
Key Responsibilities:
Translate design concepts into functional prototypes
Develop optimized intuitive and engaging user experiences
Collaborate with product engineering and cross-functional teams
Facilitate UX workshops and brainstorming sessions
Contribute to key design and product decisions
Evaluate technical feasibility while maintaining design intent
Provide UX solutions across multiple teams
Mentor junior UX team members
Continuously improve design approaches and user experience
Requirements
Must-Have Skills:
6-8 years of experience in UX Design
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
Hands-on experience with wireframing and prototyping
Experience with Figma Sketch Adobe XD or similar tools
Experience conducting user research and usability testing
Strong understanding of UX processes and design thinking
Familiarity with front-end development technologies
Strong stakeholder collaboration and communication skills
Required Skills:
Mandatory Skills: Banking / Financial Services domain experience Microsoft Azure Cloud TypeScript Development Python Development Azure Infrastructure Services Terraform GitHub & CI/CD Infrastructure as Code (IaC) Cloud Architecture & Solution Design
Required Education:
Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering (MBA is an added advantage).
