Continuous Improvement Engineer

We are looking for:

• A skilledContinual Improvement Engineer to drive process optimization and operational excellence across the organization andutilizemethodologies such as Lean Six Sigma and other quality management tools toidentifyopportunities implement improvements and sustain best practices supporting Syensqo mission of scientific exploration and breakthrough advancement.

• Project Management: Lead and support improvement projects from conception through implementation ensuring timely delivery and measurable results.
• Data Collection & Analysis:Gather and analyze data to identify trends root causes and areas for improvement using statistical tools.
• Training & Coaching: Train and mentor employees on continuous improvement methodologies and best practices.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with production quality engineering and other teams to ensure alignment and successful implementation of improvement initiatives.
• Performance Monitoring: Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of improvement activities.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of process changes project progress and outcomes.

You will bring:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering Science or related field (Masterspreferred)
• 3-7 years experience in process improvement manufacturing or quality engineering
• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma or other continuous improvement methodologies (certification is a plus)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Project management experience is an advantage
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (Minitab Power BI)
