Job Description Collection Manager (Vehicle Finance)

Role: Collection Manager Vehicle Finance

Responsibilities:

Handle collections and recovery of Vehicle Finance portfolio.
Follow up for overdue EMI payments and reduce delinquency.
Manage field visits and customer coordination for collections.
Handle NPA/recovery cases and maintain collection reports.
Coordinate with internal teams for case resolution.

Requirements:

Experience in Vehicle Finance / Banking / NBFC collections.
Good communication and recovery handling skills.
