Achieve Targets related to Premium and NOP in order to contribute in overall growth of the company
Get leads as per targets and territory decided.
Periodically monitor and review performance on the assigned top line and annuity products
Get the sales process lead conversion and closure of sale
Reaching out to nodal officer in government and PSUs to set up meeting with reporting managers
Meet clients of various organizations as per lead assigned by manager and territory
Explanation annuity and PFM transfer processes.
Relationship building with approval officer (Nodal) to encourage smooth flow of process for approval.
Execute the right method of business acquisition.
Scrutinise the business on regular basis and give the relevant information to superiors
Take corrective actions related to annuity and PFM transfer and other products such as investment funds .
