Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Manager / Senior Manager Procurement & Contracts to lead procurement and contract management for real estate projects. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in strategic sourcing vendor management contract negotiations procurement planning and cost optimization within the real estate industry only.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement procurement strategies for real estate projects.
- Manage end-to-end procurement including sourcing RFQs/RFPs bid evaluation negotiations purchase orders and contract execution.
- Identify evaluate onboard and manage vendors and contractors.
- Negotiate commercial terms pricing delivery schedules and contracts.
- Coordinate with project engineering finance and site teams to ensure timely procurement.
- Monitor procurement budgets and drive cost optimization initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies statutory regulations and contractual obligations.
- Maintain procurement MIS vendor databases and contract documentation.
- Resolve supplier disputes and procurement-related risks.
- Track market trends and improve procurement processes.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering Civil Engineering Supply Chain or related discipline.
- MBA/PG in Supply Chain Operations or Procurement preferred.
- Minimum 15 years of procurement and contract management experience in the Real Estate industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction materials MEP procurement vendor management and contract administration.
- Experience handling high-value procurement budgets and large vendor networks.
- Excellent negotiation analytical stakeholder management and leadership skills.
