- Identify potential customers such as:

- Contractors
- Transporters
- MSMEs
- Factory owners
- Generate leads through:
- Field visits
- Cold calling
- Dealer references
- OEM partnerships
- Market networking
- 2. Selling Machinery Loan Products
- Explain machinery finance products to customers.
- Suggest suitable loan options for:
- New machinery purchase
- Used equipment purchase
- Industrial machines
- Construction equipment
- Agriculture machinery
- 3. Dealer & Channel Partner Management
- Build relationships with:
- Machinery dealers
- Distributors
- OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers)
- DSAs and brokers
- Generate continuous business through these channels.
- 4. Customer Relationship Management
- Maintain regular follow-up with customers.
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues.
- Ensure repeat business and referrals.
- 5. Loan Documentation & Verification
- Collect and verify documents such as:
- KYC
- GST
- Bank statements
- Income proof
- Business proof
- Machinery quotations
- Coordinate with credit and operations teams for approvals
