Position: Business Development Executive / Business Development Manager
Location: Ahmedabad / Chennai

Role Overview
We are looking for dynamic professionals from the Building Materials industry who have strong relationships with leading Architects Interior Designers Builders Developers and Consultants. The role will focus on specification selling project tracking and business development to drive premium product adoption in key projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with A-Class Architects Builders Interior Designers and Consultants.
- Drive specification business by getting Simpolo products approved and specified in upcoming projects.
- Identify track and influence residential commercial hospitality and institutional projects.
- Conduct product presentations and technical discussions with key stakeholders.
- Coordinate with channel partners and internal teams to ensure project conversion.
- Generate new business opportunities and contribute to regional sales growth.
- Maintain project pipeline market intelligence and regular activity reports.
Desired Profile
- 3–8 years of experience in Project Sales Specification Sales or Business Development within Building Materials.
- Experience with brands such as Kohler Jaquar Hafele Hettich Lixil Duravit Greenlam Century Saint-Gobain Kajaria or similar premium brands.
- Strong network with Architects Builders Interior Designers and Consultants.
- Excellent communication presentation and relationship management skills.
- Female candidates preferred.
Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline (Engineering background preferred).
- MBA will be an added advantage.
