Business Development Manager (Field Sales) Bangalore
About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager (Field Sales) to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth in the B2B segment. The role involves end-to-end sales management including prospecting lead generation relationship building client acquisition and market expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily field visits and cold calling to identify and engage potential B2B clients.
- Generate qualify and convert leads through consultative selling and solution-based sales approaches.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and closure.
- Build strong customer relationships to ensure long-term engagement and retention.
- Achieve monthly sales targets revenue goals and key performance metrics.
- Identify new business opportunities market trends and growth avenues within assigned territories.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and customer satisfaction.
- Gather customer insights and market feedback to support product and service improvements.
- Maintain accurate sales records pipeline updates and CRM reporting.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 13 years of experience in Field Sales B2B Sales Business Development Direct Sales or Corporate Sales.
- Strong communication negotiation presentation and relationship management skills.
- Self-driven with the ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi (regional language proficiency is an advantage).
- Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and field activities.
