What you will do:
Own end-to-end delivery management across Content Design Website Development SEO ORM and Client Servicing teams ensuring timely completion of all deliverables.
Manage daily project execution through Teamwork including task assignment workflow tracking prioritization revisions escalations approvals and delivery monitoring.

Requirements
25 years of experience in Project Management Account Management Digital Delivery Coordination Client Servicing or Marketing Operations.
Strong understanding of digital marketing workflows including Content Design Website Development SEO ORM and Reporting.
Hands-on experience with project management and workflow tools such as Teamwork or similar platforms.
Excellent organizational multitasking stakeholder management communication and escalation-handling skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced delivery-focused environment.
Strong ownership mindset with attention to detail process discipline and execution excellence.
Proficiency in Google Sheets Excel dashboards reporting systems workflow trackers and business coordination activities.
Experience in process improvement workflow optimization and delivery reporting is highly preferred.
Exposure to AI tools automation platforms and productivity-enhancing systems will be an added advantage.
