Job Summary
Assistant Manager Talent Acquisition
We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager Talent Acquisition to lead and manage end-to-end hiring activities. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in talent acquisition stakeholder management sourcing strategies and recruitment operations preferably within a software/IT organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements.
- Source candidates through job portals social media referrals and networking.
- Screen shortlist and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring teams.
- Negotiate offers and manage candidate engagement throughout the hiring process.
- Track recruitment metrics and maintain hiring reports.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience and employer branding.
Requirements
- Bachelors/masters degree in human resources Business Administration or related field.
- 10 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment.
- Strong experience in hiring for IT/Software roles.
- Excellent communication negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Hands-on experience with job portals and applicant tracking systems.
- Ability to manage multiple positions in a fast-paced environment.
- Team handling and mentoring experience.
Preferred Skills
- Expertise in sourcing talent mapping and market intelligence.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in recruitment reporting and data-driven hiring decisions.
- Proven experience in hiring for the BPO industry and US-based placements.
- Ability to build nurture and maintain talent pipelines across multiple skill sets and functions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in using job portals LinkedIn and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
