Job Summary

Assistant Manager Talent Acquisition


We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager Talent Acquisition to lead and manage end-to-end hiring activities. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in talent acquisition stakeholder management sourcing strategies and recruitment operations preferably within a software/IT organization.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements.
  • Source candidates through job portals social media referrals and networking.
  • Screen shortlist and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring teams.
  • Negotiate offers and manage candidate engagement throughout the hiring process.
  • Track recruitment metrics and maintain hiring reports.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience and employer branding.


Requirements

  • Bachelors/masters degree in human resources Business Administration or related field.
  • 10 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment.
  • Strong experience in hiring for IT/Software roles.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Hands-on experience with job portals and applicant tracking systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple positions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team handling and mentoring experience.


Preferred Skills

  • Expertise in sourcing talent mapping and market intelligence.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in recruitment reporting and data-driven hiring decisions.
  • Proven experience in hiring for the BPO industry and US-based placements.
  • Ability to build nurture and maintain talent pipelines across multiple skill sets and functions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in using job portals LinkedIn and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
