Key Responsibilities:

• Provide advanced engineering design service and support to regional engineering team in power electronics and analog engineering design solution.
• Provide hardware engineering support for PCB review Electronic simulations Laboratory equipment usage like PCBA rework and Oscilloscope analysis for different customers product development.
• PCB reviews and design starting from block diagram part selection schematics layout gerber and prototypes.
• Develop clear and concise technical documentation including whitepapers technical comparisons reports and promoting or training internal resources.
• Support the development and validation of reference designs to meet customer requirement.
• Ensure all designs comply with industry standards and customer specifications.
• Attend technical and sales training in efforts to stay abreast of current technology.
• Ensure accurate documentation of engineering designs and solutions for future reference.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree or higher in Electronics Electrical Engineering Computer Science or related engineering field.
• At least 7 years of experience in electronics/semiconductors power management and analog product design.
• Strong technical skills in Power conversion topologies (DC-DC AC-DC and DC-AC).
• Experience using WBG (Wide bandgap) devices (ex. SiC GaN etc.).
• Experience in electrical instrumentation Op-Amps signal conditioning sensors and data acquisition systems for measuring processing and analyzing electrical signals.
• Familiar with standards and compliance including IEC UL and ISO relevant to high-power systems.
• Deep understanding of EMI/EMC standards and mitigation techniques for high-power designs
• Experience with reference design development validation and component optimization.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with internal teams and customers.
