Job Summary

We are looking for a MidSenior Software Engineer (Rust / C) to join a Front Office technology team supporting a high-frequency trading environment.

This role has evolved from a purely hands-on development focus into a hybrid technical people management position ideal for someone who wants to step into leadership while still staying close to engineering.

What were looking for:

58 years of software engineering experience
Strong proficiency in C and/or Rust
Experience in low-latency systems is a strong plus (not mandatory)
Open to candidates willing to learn and transition into Rust / low-latency environments
Background in trading fintech gaming crypto exchanges or banking another industry exposure
Prior experience leading junior developers or acting as a tech lead is a big plus

Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a small team (initially 13 engineers with potential to grow)
Handle light people management responsibilities (guidance support coordination)
Contribute to BAU development and system enhancements
Work closely with stakeholders in a Front Office environment
Balance hands-on engineering with team leadership
