IT Infrastructure & Security Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager / Scrum Master with strong exposure to infrastructure and security-related initiatives within complex enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will have solid delivery experience managing cross-functional teams vendors and multiple workstreams with the ability to drive projects from initiation through to successful implementation using Agile and hybrid methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of IT infrastructure and security-related projects acting as Scrum Master / Project Manager across multiple workstreams.
• Define and manage project plans including scope timelines milestones dependencies risks and success criteria.
• Ensure delivery aligns with business objectives governance standards and enterprise architecture principles.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning daily stand-ups sprint reviews retrospectives) to ensure effective team execution.
• Collaborate with Infrastructure teams Security teams Architects Product Owners and Business Stakeholders to translate requirements into delivery plans.
• Manage risks issues assumptions and dependencies ensuring timely escalation and resolution.
• Provide clear and consistent project updates to senior stakeholders through reports and presentations.
• Coordinate and manage vendors and third-party providers to ensure delivery quality and timeline adherence.
• Support implementation activities including testing deployment coordination and production readiness.
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and Agile maturity across teams.

Requirements

• University degree in Computer Science Information Technology Engineering or related fields.
• At least 7 years of experience in IT project management Scrum Master or delivery roles in enterprise environments.
• Strong experience in infrastructure projects (cloud network systems enterprise platforms) and/or security-related initiatives.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects with cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of Agile Scrum and hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Certifications such as PMP PRINCE2 CSM PSM or Agile certifications are preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in ambiguous environments and manage competing priorities effectively.
