Job Summary
- Manage inventory: Conduct stock-takes and prepare reports to monitor material levels.
- Support operations: Prepare materials on time for repackaging jobs to meet operational needs.
- Ensure compliance: Follow and enforce repackaging instructions especially for regulated pharmaceutical products.
- Perform inspections: Check starting materials packaging materials repacked products and CoA according to SOPs.
- Quality control: Carry out in-process checks final inspections and ensure proper line clearance during repackaging.
- Team & reporting: Plan and manage redressing schedules supervise and motivate the VAS team to ensure smooth schedule while reporting issues and supporting audits and projects
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a logistics or warehouse environment.
- Hands-on experience in repacking operations production line supervision or schedule planning is an advantage.
- Strong skills in stock counting and inventory management with proficiency in computer systems (e.g. Excel warehouse management systems) for reporting purposes.
- Proven ability to lead and supervise a small team including planning daily tasks monitoring performance and maintaining team motivation.
- Diploma in Logistics Science or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards is an advantage.
