Job Summary
The Site Director is a key role responsible for overseeing the overall site including all financial targets and employee addition the Site Director will be responsible for direct oversight of operational metrics for assigned programs within the site.
- Delivery of site revenue against monthly projections.
- Delivery of gross profit margins based on program goals.
- Manage day today expenses operational administrative and support team costs.
- Partner with key stakeholders to ensure program operations align with site objectives.
- Manage site culture employee engagement and attrition.
- Oversee delivery of KPIs and other targets for assigned programs.
- Partner with stakeholders to ensure delivery of KPIs and other targets for all site programs.
- Interact with clients to understand key objectives and align operating principles accordingly.
- Lead continuous improvements and innovation initiatives via implementation of operational best practices through interaction with the wider Ubiquity team.
- Oversee Team Lead Training program within the site and ensure that frequent effective coaching is provided to agents.
- Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure that we meet hiring objectives.
- Oversee site Business Continuity plans.
- Manage designated site that scopes an approximate 1000 to 3000 headcount.
Requirements
Requirements:
- At least ten years of related experience with at least three years at the director level
- Demonstrates history of building and leading teams with a hands-on can-do approach.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Financial acumen and experience managing departmental budgets.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
