Provide operational and enhancement support for the Atlassian ecosystem (Jira Confluence Jira Service Management) to ensure platform stability scalability and alignment with business and IT processes.
Activities:
Administer and support Jira Confluence and Jira Service Management platforms
Design and maintain workflows schemes permissions and configurations
Implement and maintain automation to reduce manual effort
Support incident request agile and portfolio use cases
Build and maintain dashboards and reports for operational and management needs
Manage integrations with external tools (e.g. CI/CD ITSM reporting tools)
Ensure platform governance documentation and best practices
Provide L2/L3 support and collaborate with vendors and internal teams
Support Tech Operating Model enabling transitions migrations and support audit activities
Key deliverables:
Configured and optimized Jira and Confluence environments
Well documented workflows templates and standards
Automated rules and reduced manual operations
Dashboards and reports supporting decisionmaking
