(Technical) Delivery Success Manager

We are looking for an experienced (Technical) Delivery Success Manager to join our expert team in Ho Chi Minh City. This role is perfect for team players with a strong interest in developing their international career.

Tasks

Own project delivery timeline and represent the project in front of business and management teams:

• Lead and facilitate key meetings to monitor progress, and communicate impacts to stakeholders, such as daily and weekly meetings as well as planning meetings for the development team
• Be a glue between engineering and business teams, make sure the development is aligned with the business needs
• Coordinate and drive the collaboration between internal teams to ensure a smooth setup and release of apps and features
• Actively communicate and identify issues, foresee and be mindful of potential roadblocks and work with the team to resolve effectively towards timely execution of project deliverables
• Support our teams with questions related to technical and product definement
• Don t touch the code (even if you have an urge to do so)

Requirements

• A track record of helping companies manage and deliver software development projects
• Technical background with several years of work experience as a software engineer
• Understand Agile and experienced with Scrum framework
• Excellent communication skills
• Great English skills
• A good listener with a problem-solving mindset

• Have a sense of humor is a big plus
• German language
