You probably hear a lot of stories about how businesses are getting disrupted and we are in the digital economy. The truth: business will increasingly need to digital, and founders will need plenty of help to get started or go deeper in new ways of doing business digitally. That is why we are here.

As a technology team, we work closely with founders to help them in ideation, idea validation, and building of business applications - even if they don t have an in-house team. Our mission is to be a co-creator with our clients and be a reliable product and technology partner so that they focus on the business while we take care of the UX and tech.

UX/UI Designer
The UX/UI team is responsible for turning client visions and user intentions into well-designed applications.

Scope of Work

• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with Product Owner
  

• Conduct user research and testing
  

• Develop wireframes and user flows based on user needs
  

• Understand product specifications and user psychology
  

• Create personas through user/stakeholder research and data
  

• Define the right interaction model and evaluate its success
  

• Develop prototypes, perform usability tests and gather feedback from users
  

• Find creative ways to solve UX problems (e.g. usability, findability)
  

• Work with UI designers to implement attractive designs
  

• Communicate design ideas and prototypes to developers
  

• Keep abreast of competitor products and industry trends
  

• Participate in weekly design sprints and daily stand-ups
  

Requirements

Key Requirements

We are looking for these qualities:

• At least 2 years of experience in a Product Design, Interaction Design, or UX Design role
  

• A curious, empathetic nature
  

• A collaborative spirit
  

• Ability to ask insightful questions, listen well and act on feedback
  

• Practical understanding of UX principles
  

• Familiarity with interaction design and information architecture
  

• Strong portfolio of UX work
  

• Good communication skills, including a good command of written English
  

• Has experience and expertise in web UI and mobile UI design
  

• Experience with marketing website design would be a plus
  

• Familiar with Figma, Miro and UX tools
  

• Problem-solver and/or initiative to get problems solved
  

• Effective communicator (clearly, simply, accurately)
