Consults and implements employment processes including new appointments, appointment changes, promotions, demotions, terminations, classifications, salary increases, extra compensation and non-recurring compensation for temporary employees (Adjuncts, GAs, Hourly, Salaried, Collaboratives).
Review appointments for errors and ensures appointments are processed timely and accurately. Communicates pending temporary employee appointment terminations to appropriate supervisors for action. Work with Health HR, Central HR and Office of Faculty Affairs to ensure RightStart process is accurate for appointment processes.
