- Promoting and embodying the brand identity and ensuring trading decisions align with this identity.
- Ensuring all key trading moments are well-planned and executed.
- Support wider projects to create an immersive exposure onsite that supports education, brand identity, and conversion.
- Regular reporting and optimizations of the site's overall performance in terms of KPIs: Revenue, Conversion, and Average Order Value.
- Working closely with themarketing agency and the Ecommerce Manager to influence the development/testing roadmap.
