- Draft TPM Cycle Plans in consultation with TPM Component Lead, and Field Network Manager (FNM) and Deputy Chief of Party (DCOP);
- Draft TPM Monitoring Task Orders (M-TO) and relevant TPM tools based on the review of the Implementing Partners’ (IPs) documents and within the agreed upon mandate of M-TO;
- Coordinate with the Information Management Unit (IMU) on the review of field data, ensuring the data’s quality, reliability, veracity, and integrity;
- Lead on Field Monitors (FMs) training on data collection tools and post data-collection debriefs;
- Draft TPM Findings Reports, and Presentations based on field findings;
- Update TPM Folder on Google Drive on a rolling basis, ensuring sub-folders are up-to-date and TPM documents and records are complete and easily retrievable;
