- Designing Last Mile KPIs and handle the rollout plan for all countries.
- Driving Projects with digital transformation teams, drilling through required technical details and possible system improvements.
- Constructing Business intelligence dashboards and decision support tools.
- Mentoring and support all last mile stakeholders with training materials and sessions.
- Understand and analyze the big picture of last mile KPIs.
- Collaborate with Operations Managers, Leaders and Supervisors.
- Support operations Mangers, Ground Operations Leaders and Supervisors across network to make sure that Aramex Technologies and Process are implemented
- Monitor and control production distribution through aramex couriers, Outsourced and crowdsourced models.
- Ensure cost optimization by following productivity compliance and utilize all resources on ground.
- Propose financial incentive models to the last Mile couriers in order to improve productivity and reduce ABC cost.
- Monitor last-mile Cost in all stations and make sure that we are using the most Optimum model for the operations
