Job Description

- Responsible for general ledger activities related to monthly closing entries
- Maintain general ledger reconciliations to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance
- Analyze and prepare monthly journal entries for recurring expenses, accruals and deferrals, investment activity, allocated expenses, and/or other adjusting entries ensuring accuracy of methodology and accounting
- Monitor all balance sheet accounts including monthly reconciliations
- Maintain the fixed asset/depreciation/amortization worksheets
- Reconcile general ledger accounts on a monthly basis including fixed assets, prepaid expenses, accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll liabilities, leave balances, benefits allocation, FICA reclass, and customer service
- HQ bank reconciliations
- Daily banking entries
