Job Description

- Prepare quality assurance policies and procedures, interpret, and implement quality assurance standards and document management systems
- Develop automated Business Processes according to the applied and currently used BPM system
- Develop sampling procedures and directions for recording and reporting quality data and monitor risk management activities
- Collect and compile statistical quality data and review the implementation and ensure the efficiency of quality and inspection systems
- Plan, conduct, and monitor testing and inspection of materials and products to ensure finished product quality
- Perform quality internal audits and other quality assurance activities and investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system and develop, recommend, and monitor corrective and preventive actions
- Prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities
