- Support product manager in setting up a product plan, roadmap and strategy in cooperation with leadership.
- Communicate with business, management, and all other stakeholders to define product outcomes and roadmap.
- Produce insights to solve problems, increase acquisition, increase product growth, and create new features or even products.
- Voice of Data: Constantly surfacing and examining the opportunities from mining the wealth of data prioritizing based on strategic ROI and impact.
- Voice of Customer: Constantly in touch with the customers, actively listening with genuine empathy, in order to articulate and prioritize their pains and gains, and validate designs and experiences before developing them in code.
- Write product requirements and produce necessary wireframes and documentation.
- Prioritize the product roadmap, and map it to the development process.
- Coordinate work with relevant designers, developers and cross-functional teams.
- Track design and development, and ensure timely delivery of objectives.
- Flag any problems and areas for improvement to the stakeholders.
- Collect and report all kinds of relevant metrics.
