Job Description

- Identify and act to “Rapid Response” STTA requests from counterparts and longer term technical assistance such as the following illustrative activities:
- Apply e-learning tools across all 4 PFMA objectives
- Assist GOJ in implementing tax measures post COVID-19 crisis
- Strengthen mechanisms for expedited procurement as a response to COVID-19
- Improve Jordan’s asset-declaration system for public officials through reform of the Illicit Gains Law
- Apply a GESI lens to PFM implementation
- Proactively identify new and opportunistic areas in which PFMA can provide reform support.
- Design and implement all unplanned and unexpected PFM activities that will arise over the course of implementation (illustrative examples: COVID-19 pandemic response, e-learning platforms, budget and citizen engagement).
