- Provide strategic leadership and oversight for the activities of five IQLAA’s coordination offices, and the teams of these offices;
- Support the procurement of service providers, who can help in outreaching to the target number of MSEs under IQLAA’s MSEs support activities;
- Lead and manage IQLAA’s offices team, and coordinate with consortium partners and local service providers, to outreach the target number of MSEs under IQLAA’s MSEs support activities;
- Work closely with consortium partners to successfully implement all the activities of IQLAA’s offices;
- Support the Deputy Chef of Party - Operations, in collaboration with the consortium partners, to allocate the most suitable locations for IQLAA’s five offices;
- Support the Deputy Chef of Party - Operations, in collaboration with the consortium partners, to furnish, set up, and operationalize IQLAA’s offices;
- Assure that IQLAA’s MSEs receive the financial and technical support they need, across all IQLAAs components;
- Lead the development and implementation of IQLAA’s offices workplans, focused on key outputs and outcomes;
