Campaign Manager

Core responsibilities;

Help to manage and execute corporate D&I social media content calendar

Plan, organize and execute people-centric social media marketing campaigns in conjunction with the Senior Social Specialist

Work with external partner organizations and agencies to coordinate and plan marketing

campaigns and promotion

Help to ensure brand consistency across D&I marketing activities and campaigns

Keep key stakeholders informed about upcoming D&I activities and social campaigns

Help to advise the Talent Acquisition program on campaign strategy and execution

You will need:

Knowledge / experience of DEI is advantageous

Commercial experience in social media and/or marketing campaign management

Degree in marketing, communications, or a related field preferred

Experience with social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Emplifi, Sprout Social, or similar desired

A driving passion for connecting with people to build a positive and inclusive workplace

Strong verbal and written communication skills
