Job Description
We are seeking an energetic, responsible IT Officer to join our growing organization. In this position, you will be expected to learn the ins-and-outs of our daily routines and procedures. You will focus on learning how our organization runs.
Job Requirements:
1. Excellent/Fluent spoken and written English language is required.
2. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or any related fields.
3. Minimum of 2 years Proven work experience as an IT officer.
4. Hands on experience in IT and an ability to deliver excellent technical service.
5. Knowledge of CRM, ERP software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular).
6. Understanding of IT performance metrics.
7. Excellent communication and teamwork skills
