- Manage the end-to-end recruitment processes . You will be responsible for ensuring candidates have an exceptional candidate experience and while delivering a quality service to hiring managers
- Partner with hiring managers to understand the requirements for all hires, determine candidate outreach strategies and execute processes.
- Manage a full-cycle interview process from sourcing to screening to coordinating interviews to closing candidates.
- Develop and nurture relationships with hiring sources and recruiting networks to sustain an active pool of candidates
- Source and screen qualified candidates, and build candidate profiles in ATS
- Develop inbound and outbound sourcing strategies in partnership with the hiring manager to deliver accurate metrics and results
- Organize hiring events and information sessions to build the brand and develop a steady pipeline of candidates
