- Establishes internal compliance guidelines & instructions in the area of Customs and regularly monitors adherence to it.
- Set up a global customs compliance incident reporting mechanism.
- Provider support in negotiations with customs, external and internal stakeholders regarding customs compliance matters (e.g. Insurer, auditors, governmental authorities).
- Lead negotiations with our major customers related to customs services and advises on related contractual and/or statements or work for customs services.
- Provide and support necessary trainings and guidance in the area of customs compliance.
- Align with all key internal stakeholders Finance, Legal, Operations to define compliance processes and procedures to ensure full compliance with Customs Regulations and internal DPDHL policies.
