- Works closely with stakeholders and the Operations Business Analyst to understand their business processes, including current state and desired state.
- Refines user requirements and translates them into technical specifications for developer.
- Participates in new product releases or builds to help with potential areas that may be improved on or needed
- Translating business write ups into technical functional specifications and proposed solutions that document ideas clearly and concisely using Mobile wireframes and other such technical tools to ensure a clean hand-off to the development/ QA teams
