Job Description
- WE ARE HIRING AWTAD Architectural Designs is inviting qualified personnel to join the Technical Team for the following vacancies: *
- Technical Architect (1-3 yrs)
- Position Duties:
- Participating with the Technical team to issue the following packages: Architectural projects:
- Design Development package (including coordination with other disciplines)
- Permit Drawings package
- Issued for Construction package Architecture, Interior Design and Landscape projects
- Tender Documents package (BOQ & Specs)
- Upholding Site Inspections and Issuing Site Inspection Reports
- Snag Lists
Job Requirements
- Required Skills:
- Bachelor degree in Architecture is a must
- Very good written and spoken English language
- Good knowledge of MS Office application
- Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD application
- Good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop application Please check the required skills and duties carefully.
