Roles & Responsibilities

The Maintenance Manager is responsible for leading the plant s Mechatronics maintenance program to provide reliable, capable equipment and supporting infrastructure to the production

For this position, day-to-day responsibilities shall include, but not be limited to:

Responsible for managing the maintenance, services and repairs of plant equipment, building, facilities, and department

Design appropriate plant preventive maintenance programs to reduce all downtime and coordinate with maintenance team for its

Evaluate equipment performance and repot recommendations to managers for reconditioning or replacement of substandard

Perform mechatronics skills including, but not limited to mechanical, electrical, computerized, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of production

Collaborate with forge shop manager to design/ improve forge dies and

Collaborate with managers to design/ improve proprietary machines and

Analyze all equipment requirements and maintain necessary inventory on spares, tools, and

Resolve all maintenance issues and recommend improvements as

Negotiates with and oversees the contracting works and capital improvement

Review and maintain documents, records of all maintenance activities and

Implement and maintain an efficient and safe working environment for all

Must have excellent written, negotiation, presentation, communication, and time management

Proficiency with computer programs, including AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Minimum Education & Experience Requirements

Bachelor s Degree in a technical field, preferably with a focus on Mechatronics or accreditation by a technical or vocational college and five or more year in managerial capability in a manufacturing
