Supply Chain Manager

Job Description

Procurement Responsibilities:

• Implement procurement strategy and policies.
• Pricing, costing and proposals preparation
• Forecast procurement needs.
• Ensure timely delivery of equipment, material & systems to support site installation works as per approved work program.
• Responsible to ensure all procurement process is complied with management approved procedures and policies with respect to time, cost, and quality.
• Prepares documentation for internal process as per company standards.
• Liaise with Accounts Payable Department to ensure accurate and timely payment of invoices, as necessary for the business with the supplier.
• Building strong working relationships both internally and with key suppliers.

Supply Chain Responsibilities

• Developing, implementing, monitoring, and maintaining supply chain management strategies that increase the efficiency and speed of supply operations.
• Optimizing warehouse functions.
• Supervising Fleet on both sides operational & cost impact- Oversees Equipment section to maintain efficient operation within the budget.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a Related Field
• Good Negotiator, Financial Analysis Skills, Understanding of Supply Chain Management Procedures, Logistics Skills
• Good at Networking, , Data Analysis, , Good Business Instincts, Mathematics Skills
• Excellent Written and Oral Communication Skills
• Knowledge of Supply Management Software
• Specialized Landscaping Industry Knowledge
