Responsibilities:
- Prepare Invoice, packing list, delivery advice, Delivery note through WMS system or on excel.
- Apply for Certificate of origins through Chamber of commerce/ Ministry of commerce
- Apply for attestation of Invoice and certificate of origin.
- Liase with product compliance team and apply for pre-approvals for regulated commodities and ensure shipping documents are in compliance with the customs and regulatory authorities.
- Prepare HS code summary for import and export shipments.
- Prepare Advanced shipment notifications and book appointments for collection and delivery to warehouse & stores.
- Book landed costs in systems
