WHAT YOU LL BE DOING

• Source hotel, venue, transportation, and activities across programs
  

• Negotiate supplier contract ;
  

• Destination development & maintaining supplier ;
  

• Manage supplier contracting
  

• Working with legal counsel to ensure that all contracts contain all details of the
  

• Assessing quotes and compiling a detailed assessment of cost breakdowns against program
  

• Generating quote comparisons and contributing to internal supplier selection based on the
  

• Organize vendor meetings for business development
  

Requirements
