Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (MBA, is preferred)
- 5+ years' prior industry-related (Oil and Gas) business development and sales for engineering services experience
- Commitment to pursuing a career in sales
- Consistent track record of overachieving
- Emphatic listener and persuasive communicator
- Competitive, resilient, and highly motivated
- A great attitude and love for teamwork
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Arabic languages
- Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
- Focused and goal-oriented
- Own a carand valid driving licenseto be used in his sales activities against compensation
