Job Description

  • Perform the assigned duties based on the set policies and procedures in order to achieve the HR department goals.
  • Coordinate and administer all company leaves of absenceand Final Settlement, including Annual, Sick, Maternity, Unpaid, resignation, termination and related settlements accordingly. etc.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for and manage all leave inquiriesand Final Settlement, educating employees and managers on the leave process and related policies.
  • Intake of leave requestsand Final Settlement, sending required notices, forms and letters, and determining leave eligibility. Ensure labor laws compliance of all leaves.
  • Create and maintain complete and accurate leaveand Final Settlement files.
  • Enter all leavesand Final Settlementon the related HRIS and generate reports as and when required.
  • Track leave time and attendance managementand Final Settlement, working with employees and managers to ensure proper timekeeping.
  • Develop, generate and present reports on a regular basis to analyze leaveand Final Settlementdata and trends.
  • Stay up to date with current labor laws and regulations; propose revisions to internal documents, policies and communications as necessary to ensure company compliance.
  • Develop and deliver leaveand Final Settlementrelated training for employees, managers and human resources professionals.
  • Administer and coordinate the vacation plan with KCG business units and departments periodically.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in HR or related major.
  • Good in English
  • Good in Microsoft office.
