Job Description

  • Tajmeeli.com is seeking an Arabic-speaking recruiter to help us recruit for many different roles in Egypt as the company grows rapidly. Tajmeeli is the largest cosmetic surgery website in the Arabic language with more than 1 million per month visits. The company was recently acquired by a large company based in the USA and is planning to grow fast and add many jobs in Egypt over the next 2 years. In light of this, we need help hiring.

Responsibilities

  • Help with recruiting and hiring 2-8 candidates monthly
  • Doing initial screening interview with candidates
  • Post jobs on hiring websites
  • Research and find target candidates
  • Sort and filter candidates
  • Communicate with candidates via email, LinkedIn, and/or phone
  • Help with creating processes to improve our recruitment process
  • Organize candidate database for different roles
