Job Description

• Creating, proposing and updating the organizational structure of the company.
• Creating and updating the job tasks for each job in the company
• Creating a workflow and updating in the event of any changes in the company’s system.
• Presenting and highlighting the developmental ideas of the company, whether they are ideas from employees or members of the administration, and putting them in a report for presentation to the higher management.
• Submit suggestions regarding new appointments by replacing them with employees from within the company, either by transfer or promotion
• Making the necessary updates on the structure of a company or branch and establishing (administrative structure - job tasks - work flow)
• Inform the recruitment officer in case a department needs an individual (resigned or discontinued) according to the numbers specified for each department in the approved structure.
• Work to supply the company with what it needs from efficient employees that are commensurate with the company and meet business needs.
• I work on designing job description cards with the help of department managers or heads of departments
