Junior Technical Office Mechanical Engineer- BIM

Job Description

• Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment and be able to work under tight deadlines, while maintaining high-quality standards
• Prepare 3D BIM model using Revit
• Extract 2D Shop-drawings and 3D presentation
• Performs routine tasks under general supervision using well-defined standards and procedures.
• Designs components or portions of systems and modifies existing designs to develop or improve them.
• Performs product research; assists project designers and other project Engineers with materials selection
• Assist in the preparation of LOD and data collection.
• Assist in preparation of material take-off.
• Prepare the final submittal drawings.
• Other responsibilities as determined by the project requirements.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering.
• 1-3 years of experience in technical office & site supervision in Egypt.
• 1-3 years of experience in Construction/ Design MEP.
• Mastering different drawing tools ( Revit excellent usage is a must).
• Scan to BIM knowledge (point cloud) -a plus (please highlight in the email title)
• High teamwork skills.

• Ability to work under pressure
