Technical Writer

Responsibilities:
• We are looking for an experienced technical writer to join our organization and help take our customer focused services to new heights. As an ideal candidate, you should be able to grasp complex technical concepts and convert them to easy, readable content.
• The successful applicant will be responsible for creating technical documentation and manuals, explain complex information in a clear and concise manner. Work with SMEs to ensure accuracy of the technical content.
• Develops a thorough understanding of the audience and the documentation required by meeting with colleagues and working with managers to discuss technical problems.
• Researches and builds knowledge about products, services, technology, or concepts to be documented.
• Determines the clearest and most logical way to present information and instructions for greatest reader comprehension; writes and edits technical information accordingly.
