- Handling Procedures for establishing companies
Job Requirements
•(3-5) Years of experience working for a reputable law firm or as an in-house counsel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
•Experience in contract, corporate and commercial laws is mandatory.
•Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
•Exceptional organizational skills; attention to detail is a must.
•Able to work in a fast-paced environment and to deadlines
•Analytical ability and strong attention to detail
•Experience with working with foreign jurisdictions.
•Current License to practice law.
