Responsibilities will include:

• Preparation of non-immigrant and immigrant visa petitions and applications
  
• Case and account management responsibilities
  
• Legal research and writing
  

Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years of business immigration experience (ideal candidates will have 3-5 years experience, preferably at a large corporate immigration law firm)
  
• Experience with high volume corporate immigration accounts
  
• Experience with all employment-based non-immigrant and immigrant visa categories, including PERM
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  
• Excellent client service skills
  
• Ability to achieve a high level of productivity with accuracy and consistency
  
• Strong multitasking skills and ability to manage competing deadlines
  
• Work schedule flexibility
  
• Juris Doctor degree
